Is People Pleasing
Keeping You Small?
Learn to break the habit of people pleasing over four short weeks.Â
Over 70% of people struggle with people pleasing behaviors. They say yes when they mean no, overcommit their time and resources, and put the desires of us above their own.Â
The good news is, you have the power to break the habit of people pleasing by learning to slow down before you say yes, communicate your needs kindly and effectively, and set healthy boundaries.Â
It all starts with recognizing the patterns in your behavior, and that's exactly what you'll do in Week 1 of the Break the Habit of People Pleasing course. From there, you'll learn valuable tools and frameworks to practice this work in your day-to-day life. In time, the small shifts you make will result in more spaciousness, joy, and authenticity in the ways you show up.Â
GET STARTEDWhat if setting boundaries didn’t feel heavy, or guilt—ridden, but lighter, safer, and more liberating?
What if saying yes to yourself felt as natural as saying yes to everyone else once did?
Maybe you’ve been the helper, the fixer, the one who smooths things over.
Maybe you’ve been carrying the weight of everyone else’s needs, moods, and expectations, while yours quietly take a back seat.Â
Here’s the truth:
You don’t have to twist yourself into knots to keep the peace.
You don’t have to manage every reaction in the room.
You don’t have to abandon yourself to be loved, accepted, or safe.
Life on the other side of people pleasing feels lighter. Clearer. More like you.
✨ It’s where your energy comes back.
✨ Your confidence grows.
✨ Your self-trust deepens.
And the relationships around you? They get stronger—because they’re built on truth, not on you disappearing.
You’re allowed to take up space.
You’re allowed to choose yourself.
And when you do, life opens up in ways you never imagined.
If you’re ready to stop living for everyone else—and start living for you—join us.
Let’s break the habit together.

NICE TO MEET YOU
I'm RobynneÂ
I help busy professionals navigate life transitions and create meaningful outcomes. As a certified Life Coach with a Masters Degree in Transformative Leadership from CIIS in San Francisco, and 20+ years of corporate leadership experience, I approach coaching from a place of non-judgemental curiosity.
They say we teach what we know, and boy do I know a lot about people pleasing. I relied on it for years to help me keep the peace in my family and at work, but in the end it ended up burning me out.Â
When I became aware of how my people pleasing was holding me back and keeping me small, my life changed in profound ways. I started setting better boundaries, advocating for myself kindly but honestly, and I began experiencing more freedom, comfort, and joy in the decisions I made and the ways I spent my time.Â
Now, I help my clients get clear on what they want to achieve and provide functional tools they can implement throughout their lives to live more empowered lives.Â
If you'd like to learn from me and have the opportunity to coach with me in our group calls, I'm waiting for you inside this course!

Robynne has consistently been a fantastic resource for me, and her coaching methods are extremely effective in bringing out my own ideas and strategies!
